The SCARPA Arpia V LV is designed for climbers with lower-volume feet who want to progress onto steeper and more technical routes without sacrificing comfort. Its moderately downturned and slightly asymmetric shape provides greater precision on small footholds without creating an excessively aggressive fit.
The low-volume microsuede upper wraps closely around the foot and stretches very little, helping the shoe maintain a precise and consistent fit. Two opposing hook-and-loop straps allow quick, personalised adjustment, while the stretchy and breathable tongue improves comfort.
A Dynamic Flexan insert distributes support along the foot and provides an effective balance of stability and sensitivity. The full-length 3.5 mm Vibram® XS Grip2 outsole delivers dependable friction on rock and artificial holds, while a large section of M50 rubber over the toe improves grip during toe hooks.
