Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal consists in the Consumer's ability to return the product purchased and receive a refund.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 (fourteen) working days, by simply notifying us of the intention of withdrawing. The 14 days start from the day the order is delivered.
To return the goods, the Customer must notify us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the following address:

The notification can be sent, within the same 14-day period, also via telegram, fax, or email (at dario@alternativasport.it), as long as it is confirmed with a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.
The cost of returning the products will be met by the buyer; the products must be returned with the transport documents included.
The right of withdrawal will not apply if the product is not intact, i.e. if the products and any consumable parts have been even partially used; if the original internal or external packaging is missing; if the products are damaged for reasons other than transport; if elements of the products (accessories, parts, etc.) are missing.
