The La Sportiva Kubo Woman is a versatile climbing shoe designed for women who are developing their technique and want a well-balanced combination of comfort, support and precision. Particularly suited to indoor bouldering and lead climbing, it also delivers dependable performance at the crag.
Its women-specific construction is softer and less structured than the men’s version while retaining the same shape and internal volume. The unlined microfibre and suede upper provides elasticity and comfort, while two opposing hook-and-loop straps allow the fit to be adjusted quickly and precisely.
The newly designed heel is integrated into the sole to improve grip, protection and sensitivity while maintaining good elasticity. A rubber toe patch integrated into the rand protects against abrasion and provides a useful contact surface for toe hooks.
The patented P3 System helps preserve the shoe’s downturned shape and pushing power over time. Its 4 mm Vibram XS Grip2 sole provides excellent grip and precision on small footholds and friction-dependent surfaces. The construction is also designed to facilitate resoling and extend the useful life of the shoe.
