General conditions of sale
1. Subject Matter
These General Conditions regulate the online purchase of products and services on the website www.alternativasport.it, owned by Alternativa Sport S.r.l. - Loc. Sistiana 41/d, 34011 Duino Aurisina (TS), Italy
All transactions are regulated by the dispositions of Legislative Decree No. 185/99 and privacy and data protection is regulated by Law No. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
When confirming an online purchase, the Customer unconditionally accepts and commits to complying with the general rules herein in all relations with Alternativa Sport Srl and confirms that they have read and accepted all the information provided in compliance with the above-mentioned regulations, acknowledging the fact that Alternativa Sport Srl is not committed to any other conditions, unless otherwise provided in writing in advance.
3. Customer Commitment
These General Conditions of Sale must be read online by customers visiting www.alternativasport.it before confirming their online purchases. By confirming an online purchase, the Cusomer is deemed to have entirely read, understood, and accepted the General Conditions of Sale.
4.Purchase Method
The website www.alternativasport.it sells sports products.
Showcasing the products on the website is not a binding offer but simply a catalogue of products free to browse. Before confirming a purchase, the Customer will be shown a summary with the cost of each item and the total cost of the order. By clicking on the button to submit the order, the Customer finalises the sale contract with reference to the items in the shopping trolley. After confirming the purchase, at the end of the transaction, the Customer will receive an email showing the date and the total cost of the order (“Order Confirmation”). Once the Order Confirmation is received the contract is finalised.
In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract (for example, if the product is unavailable). In this case, the Customer will be immediately informed.
5.Payments
The payment of the products purchased must be made at the same time as the Order Confirmation via PayPal, or beforehand via bank transfer using the following payment details:

PayPal Payments
We accept payments made through PayPal accounts. The transactions are processed online using PayPal’s safe systems and no payment information is shared with Alternativa Sport Srl. The order details – encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system – are sent directly to PayPal’s servers, which ensure the secure transmission of the data in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Bank Transfer Payments
Payments can be made beforehand via bank transfer using the payment details provided above. We will not process orders until we have received and been able to collect the payment via the bank system.
6.Delivery and Accompanying Documents
Purchased products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Goods are sent via express courier service together with the documents relating to the delivery and sale (travel documents, list of items, receipt or invoice). The documents must be saved as proof of purchase in the event of complaints and for insurance purposes in the event of theft.
7.Warranty and faulty goods
The products purchased via the website www.alternativasport.it are regulated, where applicable, by the provisions of the Consumer Code; any case not provided by the Code will be subject to the dispositions of the Italian Civil Code.
The warranty will apply to non-compliant and/or malfunctioning products whose issues were unnoticeable at the time of purchase, as long as the products were used correctly, with the adequate care, and for the intended purposes, following any technical documentation and instructions made available.
The warranty will not apply in the event of negligence or carelessness in the use and maintenance of the products.
Any malfunctioning must be notified within 60 (sixty) days from the date the products were received by the Customer.
Any returned goods must include a written note from the Customer with a short description of the fault.
To receive a replacement or to be repaired, faulty products must be returned in their original packaging and with all the accessories and any documents received when the products were purchased. Any products returned without their original packaging, accessories, and documents, will not be replaced or repaired by Alternativa Sport Srl.

Alternativa Sport Srl reserves the right to check the issues notified by the Customer and to replace or repair items only after completing the check.
The cost of returning the items will be met by the Customer.
8.Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is regulated by Italian law. Any controversy regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution thereof shall be resolved by the Courts competent in the location in which the Consumer lives or resides, if this is on Italian territory.
