Energiapura New Storm – Waterproof Ski Cape
The Energiapura New Storm cape is designed to protect skiers and athletes during training sessions and long waiting periods on the slopes in rain, snow and wind. Its long shape provides extended coverage, while buttons allow the garment to be shortened and adapted to different situations.
The two-layer fabric features an outer layer made from 100% technical polyester with water- and oil-repellent properties. Its mono-stretch polyurethane membrane is waterproof, soft, lightweight and durable, providing effective protection without making the garment stiff or excessively heavy.
A 20,000 mm water column over 24 hours delivers a high level of waterproof protection, while breathability of 10,000 g/m² over 24 hours allows perspiration and water vapour to escape. A special surface treatment encourages water, snow, other liquids and dirt to slide quickly off the fabric, limiting absorption.
Taped seams help maintain waterproof protection at the garment’s construction points. The hood features a visor for improved protection around the head and face, while an adjustable waist drawcord allows the volume to be adapted. Elasticated sleeve edges improve protection and help keep the garment correctly positioned.
