The Petzl TARP is a large and durable rope tarp designed to keep climbing ropes clean and protected during days at the crag. Its 140 × 140 cm surface provides plenty of room, even for long ropes, and creates a clean area that limits contact with dust, soil and dirt.
The rope can be stowed quickly inside the tarp without having to be coiled, making it easier to move between routes and prepare the equipment for transport. Four handles simplify carrying, while colour-coded markers allow the two rope ends to be identified quickly.
